Program Information

This provides a second opportunity to students who have difficulty following higher level (next semester) classes due to poor academic performance in a previous semester.
This system enables a student to retake all classes in the previous semester/s (and level/s) forfeiting poor grades earned during one semester or more.
(Summer/Winter Semesters and military e-learning semesters are unable to be deleted)

Applicable semester/s

An application must be made from the semester that a student wishes to delete, up to the most recent semester completed. Specific semesters in the middle of an academic program cannot be selectively deleted. (For example, if a student who has finished semester 3-1, applies to retake semester 2-1, all grades from 2-1, 2-2, and 3-1 semesters will be deleted.)
To retake the first semester of the year, a student must apply for the retake at the beginning of the first semester (within the prescribed period in February). To retake the second semester of the year, a student must apply at the beginning of the second semester(within the prescribed period in August).

When and How to apply

1. Current students: Apply through classnet within the application period.
2. Students on leave of absence
- A. If you wish to retake the last semester completed: Through classnet, apply for both reinstatement to school, and to retake the semester.
- B. If you wish to retake more than one semester : First apply for reinstatement to school, and after acquiring approval for reinstatement, apply for retaking the semesters within the application period through classnet.
