Bull

The bull, the Hongik mascot expresses the environmentally friendly ideas as well as national commitment of Hongik University. It is positioned as a symbol of development of bright and clean Hongik people.
Our school is deeply connected with a bull because it is located in Wow Mountain shaped as a lying cow and possesses the art work ‘White Bull’ by Lee Jung-sup, the darling of Korea Modern Art.
